An invitation to quieten your mind
Meditation is a practice in which an individual uses a technique to train attention and awareness inwards and practice detachment from the outside world. It allows the individual to achieve mental clarity and feel emotionally calmer.

Join me on this five week journey to practice techniques to quietening your mind and bring more clarity and calmness to your daily life.
What you’ll learn
- Simple breathing techniques to settle the mind.
- How to become more present and overcome common obstacles such as busy minds, sleepiness, over-thinking etc.
- Develop a short and manageable daily practice that works for you.
- Using meditation wisely to respond to your day to day life and life events.
What to expect
- Starting each session with a short grounding meditation.
- Each week there will be a focus on a specific theme such as; benefits of mediation, bringing more joy; peace; love; and calmness.
- Share best practices that can be incorporated in to our daily lives.
- Focused group meditation.
- Time to reflect and share.
- Suitable for everyone.
- Chairs and cushions are provided.
- Please bring a water bottle and a writing pad and pen (if you wish to).
- Free off street parking during the class times. Closest stations are Balham and Streatham.
How to book
I am so grateful to have the pleasure of hosting these sessions at the beautiful Pavilion in Tooting common. The calm ambience of the hall along with it being steps away from nature makes this the perfect place to come together and meditate.
