Since I started my spiritual journey in 2015, after the loss of my mother, I have offered emotional and healing support to hundreds of people. My aim is to touch as many hearts as I can and assist people to live a more meaningful life, one filled with love, happiness and peace. In doing so, I believe I continue to shine the light of my mother and through me, she lives on.

As well as offering Reiki healing, I offer in person reiki infused meditation classes each week. Grief And Loss Meditation Practice

This meditation practice will allow you to deeply connect with emotions of grief/anticipated grief, without judgement, whilst gently reminding you that grief is natural part of human life. This practice will give you the opportunity to connect with a loved lost one and engage in a short conversation too, if you wish to. A beautiful way to honour your loved one and your love for them.
