Free Meditation Class – May 2026
Loss is a natural part of life. Everyone will go through this at some point in their lifetime. On the 21st of May it will be eleven years since the loss of my Mother. Her loss was so sudden and unexpected and will forever leave an unfillable void in my life. In late 2023, I sadly went through the grief of losing my Father too. For anyone who has experienced loss will know that grief comes in many different forms and is unique to everyone.
I am creating a safe space for anyone who have lost a loved one, allowing an opportunity to pause, remember and reflect through a beautiful guided meditation. Whether you have lost someone or you may wish to hold space for those who have, come along. Grief can be a very lonely place, and this charity offers support to those who have lost their loved ones. If you are unable to join in person and would still like to get involved, I will be offering an audio of this meditation in aid of this charity. Please let me know if you wish to receive this.

A beautiful gathering supporting this wonderful charity who have so much support to my father. I was grateful that this event took place while my father was still alive as he got to be present with his whole family and friends, enjoying some chai and cake and taking part in some songs. It was just a month after my father pasted away.
